Ek kan nie glo dat Kara al 1 is nie - sjoe maar die tyd vlieg verby. Dit lyk wel of julle 'n goeie tyd hier gehad het. Geniet julle ervarrings en ons dink aan julle.

Elke dag lyk net lekkerder en beter daar by julle, met of sonder muskiete. Ek het gister 'n trotse oupa gesien met 'n mooi foto op sy selfoon - kom wys haar vir ons as julle weer kom kuier.

For the mozzies - 1x drop of Lavender on each pillow and at the foot of the bed (it won't stain). And apply on bites as well. Wonderful stuff! If you don't have any, I'll get you some.

Pragtig tannie! Ek is so bly jy't weer 'n update gestuur op die blog, Marga, ek het net laas week vir Petra gevra wanneer ons dan weer iets gaan hoor. Kara is pragtig en word net mooier, ons het ons verkyk id Kerk tydens die doop. Goeie nuus die kant ook, ons het twins op pad so hier gaan nog speelplek vir Kara wees as sy eers terug in SA is! :) Groete en baie soentjies vir klein Kara.

Hi, I came across your blog while researching the Surname Scheffler. I live in India - Mumbai.

I have being trying to trace my family roots. My Dad was a scheffler although he spelled his surname Sheffler.
Apparently my dad's family migrated in I do not know which century and exactly where to. My having ill knowledge of my father's side of the family is a long story.... Anyway with zero background history its hard to trace ones roots. I have a few photographs which I will be posting onto facebook hopefully it may lead me somewhere.

We're friends of Theo's parents with whom we "kuier lekker" when we're back in ZA. Currrently we live in Cape Schanck Victoria Australia
